Class General meeting

Karman and I have planned to held Monthly General Meeting on every First Wednesday of a new month.The GM will be held at the 'Pondok' beside SSH Office at 1030am,30mins after our English lesson with Mr Anthony.The GM will take up about an 1hour time.Please make it a point to attend it,especially for those who don't view this blog oftenly,because we are going to make a monthly report on our class fund(on the totally money the class received,used n the balance for the previous month)I believe all of you want to know where have your class fund gone to,rite?Not only that,we will also make announcement on any up coming news either on our course nor class or on any new system to work out our class out...I need all of you to work with us to make our class a better 1,and i hope that you all can grab the opportunity during the GM to speak out...Just speak out on anything you want!!Last but not least,we will have a little birthday celebration for those who were born in that month!!kaka...gonna have fun man!!!haha...so dun miss the GM out!!!

Pricing and Venue for Kitchen tools

The pricing and venue to collect our kitchen tools has been confirmed by Edison just now in the lecturer hall...

It will be distributed in the Block L (the place where we did out measurements) and it cost us RM81.Please bring the exact amount ya...not more or less than that!!i mean ngam ngam that amount ar!!I repeat is RM81!!!not even RM0.10 extra or less k??

Must sure ya you come on that day!! ^^

Textbook for H.I and H.E

Anyone who is interested in getting the photocopy of H.I and H.E textbook from edison please pay me your money by wednesday !!!

The Mayonnaise Jar and 2 Cups of Coffee

I saw this mail just now and think that what is written there is very true so would like to share it wit you guys.Maybe some of you have read this before,but there is no harm reading it for the second time. : )

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 cups of coffee.

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with an unanimous 'yes.'

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.

'Now,' said the professor as the laughter subsided, 'I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things---God, your family,your health, your friends, your studies and your favorite passions---and if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your house and your car.

The sand is everything else---the small stuff. 'If you put the sand into the jar first,' he continued, 'there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff you will never have room for the things that are important to you.

'Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Spend time with your parents. Visit with grandparents. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your spouse out to dinner. There will always be time to clean the house and to finish up your assignments. Take care of the golf balls first---the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.'

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented. The professor smiled. 'I'm glad you asked.

It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.' And so do not tens up! RELAX!!! :)

Kitchen Tools

As told by Edison on the course blog,our kitchen Tools will be distribute on this coming Thursday from 12pm till 2.30pm,so please make sure that you are free during the duration of time because the supplier will only COME FOR ONCE. SO DON'T MISS IT!!! If not just say Au revoir (bye bye) to yourself because I believe that Chef Jafar won't let u off!!!

guyz n gals.. there is sumthing mistake in our time table i think.. coz or time per week for hospitality industry is 3 hours oni.. i checked in thr prospectus ady.. but in our timetable for now.. thr is 4 hours.. i was thinking dat the timetable for H.I on wed frm 12 til 1pm @ YOO1 d is wrong d.. wat u all think ler? gt any comment can leave at cbox thr.. thanks..

How does it work??
First of all,I(first person in the chain call list,no.1) will pass down a message to the second person(no.2) in the chain call list,when no.2 received chain message from me,make a miss call to me to show that message has been received,then no.2 will pass down the chain message to the third person(no.3) in the chain call list.No.3 will repeat that above procedure to no.4 and no.4 to no.5 and so on...The last person in the chain call list will have to message me and say:"secret been passed down." haha...actually..just send me message on you have received the message successfully.

*P/S: If you did not receive a miss call from the person you have sent the chain message to,try to make a miss call to him/her.Pass the message down to the next person if he/she don't reply you after your miss call to avoid chain call break down.thanks!!
